Pen Ryn Estate Wedding

It rained and the power went out for an hour during the reception due to the storm – two things no couple really wants to happen on their wedding day. But I’ll never forget the band playing their brass section without microphones, and the wedding guests getting up to dance. They really made the best of it and I think that’s so symbolic of life and marriage – dancing and laughing even when things don’t go the way you thought! Bridget and Greg had such a great start to the rest of their lives together!

Their special day was full of family – Bridget’s parents have a lot of siblings and I’m pretty sure she said she has like 20 uncles. This Pen Ryn Estate wedding venue was a historic and beautiful backdrop. We used the library room for portraits while the rain pounded the windows. It was cozy and beautiful.
