Lewes Delaware Backyard Wedding Photographer

A really lucky Uber ride that ended in a wedding 3 years later… Kendall and Nate met when he was her Uber driver one night. They have been together ever since and built a beautiful life together! They wanted their wedding day to be very relaxed and cozy. After their plans changed a few times, they ended up getting married on her family’s land near the bay in Lewes, Delaware. Styled, Flowers by Mayumi and Happy Hour Events did an amazing job setting up the tent and all the decorations to create the perfect vibe.

Our favorite thing to capture is the unexpected moments that make each wedding totally unique. Some that stick out in my memory: Kendall washing dishes and cleaning her kitchen while getting ready for the wedding, her sisters breaking out feather fans during their speech, Nate’s family playing games together that morning, the happy couple showing off their rings to family members… so many special moments. It was such a fun night and we are so happy for them!
